MPS National Scrapbook Day Challenge #1

Robyn, My Pink Stamper, issued this challenge for National Scrapbook Day:
Challenge #1 - Anything Cupcake!!!Scrapbook Page, Card, Mixed Media, or other!  You do not have to make cupcakes!! NO TIME, next challenge begins in an hour!!
I decided to make a BRIGHT and cheerful birthday card.  I cut the cupcake from Sweet Treats at 4".  I added Stickles for some bling.  I used "Happy Birthday" from My Pink Stamper stamp set.  I think it turned out adorable!
