MPS's NSD Challenge #12

For this challenge, I was to make a scrapbook page, card, or other project using an animal or critter.
I decided to make a card for someone I know that is going through a tough time. We all need a little pick-me-up sometimes, right? I cut the adorable bird from the Create A Critter cricut cartridge. I used some primas I had instead of the flower that is cut with the bird, and I put a little bling in the middle of the flower. =)

MPS's NSD Challenge #11

The rules for this challenge was to make a project using 1 or all of the colors of the rainbow (red, orange, yellow, green, blue).
I had the perfect rainbow ribbon that I had just bought from Michaels when they ran their ribbon 60% off! I decided to make a birthday card. I had a cupcake stamp set and used my new blender pen. I think it turned out pretty good for my first try.

MPS's NSD Challenge #10

This challenge required making a project using flowers or something Springy. I had the perfect pictures for a Springy scrapbook spread.We had just re-done our flowerbeds, and my son was VERY eager to help us! I used primas for the flowers, I cut the tag using the Bags, Tags, Boxes, and More cricut cartridge, and I cut the sign and gardening utensils from the A Walk In My Garden cricut cartridge.

MPS's NSD Challenge #9

This challenge was to make a shaped card, shaped scrapbook page, or shaped project.
With graduation coming up, I decided to make a graduation card. Since I work at a high school I know of several graduates! Therefore, I made a card in our school colors. I cut the graduation cap card using the Wild Card cricut cartridge.

MPS's NSD Challenge #8

For this challenge, I needed to make something using monochromatic and add a flower. The only thing that came to mind was a wedding card. I needed to build up my card stash anyway, so here we go!
I did not use my cricut for this card, which surprised me! I did use my cuttlebug but I can't remember the name of the embossing folder.

I'm enjoying these challenges but didn't realize how tiring they were! LOL! On to the next one! =)

MPS's NSD Challenge #7

This challenge required making something for a "Dad" or guy in your life. So with Father's Day coming up I decided to make 1 of the 3 cards I need to make this year.
For this card I wanted it to be a little radical. I also wanted to incorporate the colors black and orange, which are my husband's favorite colors. I cut the wooden sign using the Camp Out cricut cartridge. ENJOY!

MPS's NSD Challenge #6

For this challenge, we were suppose to make something WITH a child or for a child. Unfortunately, my son was napping during this challenge so I could scrap with him. He LOVES to scrap with me so I was a little disappointed but was enjoying his nap-time.
I found these pictures of us making his teachers some oreo balls for their Christmas party at school. I cut the chef and his accessories from the Everyday Paper Dolls cricut cartridge. I forgot to add the strip of paper across the middle of the page. LOL! I guess I was so excited to get this page done. ENJOY!
